An expert in economic and financial information, she has dominated the fields of financial mathematics, financial and economic analysis and the creation of projects and business valuations. With her long career experience and her common sense and practicality, she is highly regarded by her clients.
As advisory manager, she is responsible for projects relating to business valuation, due diligence, forensic or expert evidence reports in contentious situations and economic and financial analysis reports. As a consequence, she is heavily involved in restructuring and business reorganisation projects.
Throughout her career, she has led the creation of diverse expert reports, whether or not required judicially, for the civil, commerce, penal and labour courts. These cases were carried out in widely-varied sectors (insurance, construction, chemical, pharmaceutical, service, cement, retail, etc.) which has resulted in her multi-faceted career and given her great experience. Her expert reports have been ratified in different national courts.
As part of her experience in the advisory department, she also participates in SME economic and financial management. She monitors and controls the monthly accounts and balance sheets, budget and treasury control, supervises the liquidation of taxes and accounting, and establishes and monitors the administration in a company.
Having graduated in Business and Economic Sciences and auditing in 1995, she has over 22 years' experience in auditing for commercial companies and non-profit organisations in different sectors.
