Article 34 of the Royal Decree-Law 11/2020 on Complementary Urgent Measures in the Social and Economic Field to Address the COVID-19, allows companies and self-employed persons covered by any social security scheme whose activity is not suspended on the occasion of the state of alert declared by Royal Decree 463/2020 and who meet the requirements and conditions laid down in establish by Order, who may apply for a 6-month interest-free moratorium on the payment of corporate contributions to the security contribution and for joint collection, the accrual period of which is from April to June 2020 , as well as for the payment of the contributions of self-employed
persons whose accrual period is from May to July 2020. Order ISM/371/2020, published in the Official State Gazette of 28 April 2020, provides that the moratorium shall apply to undertakings and self-employed persons whose economic activity, among those not suspended on the occasion of the state of alert declared by Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March, is included in the following codes of the National Classification of Economic Activities (CNAE2009):
